Dersin Amacı Öğrencilerin Pedodontinin (Çocuk Hastalarda Diş Hekimliği) tanımını öğrenmesi;Süt dişlerinin anatomileri ve morfolojileri ni öğrenmesi; Çocuk hastalarda muayene tekniklerini öğrenmesi; Süt dişlerine uygulanan tedavileri ve bu tedavilerde kullanılan malzeme ve aletleri öğrenerek, diş hekimine yardımcı olabilmesi, Çocuk hastalar ile iletişim becerilerini geliştirmesidir.
