Dersin Amacı Bu dersin amacı; rehabilitasyonda takım çalışması içinde iş ve uğraşı tedavisinin (ergoterapi) rolünü açıklamak, performans alanlarında temel iş ve uğraşı değerlendirme yöntemlerini tanımlamak, uygun iş ve uğraşı yaklaşımlarının geliştirilebilmesi konusunda temel bilgiler ve uygulama örnekleri vermektir.

Bu ders kapsamında; fiziksel disfonksiyon için iş ve uğraşı terapisinin temelleri, günlük yaşam aktivitelerinin değerlendirilmesi, günlük yaşam aktivitelerine yönelik eğitim, mobilitenin değerlendirilmesi, transfer aktiviteleri ve biyomekaniksel prensipler, işin değerlendirilmesi ve iş programları, boş zaman aktiviteleri, aktivite analizleri, iş ve uğraşı temelli ana fonksiyonel motor değerlendirmeler, el yaralanmalarının değerlendirilmesi ve el rehabilitasyonu, duyunun değerlendirilmesi, duyusal fonksiyonların tedavisi, duyu bütünleme ve tedavi yöntemleri, vizüel defisitlerin değerlendirilmesi ve tedavisi, algısal disfonksiyonların değerlendirilmesi ve tedavisi, farklı problemlerde (hemipleji, serebral palsi, zihinsel engel, romatoloji) iş-uğraşı tedavi yaklaşım prensipleri konularına yer verilmiştir.
