Dersin Amacı Bitkilerden ve diğer doğal kaynaklardan elde edilen lipitler, amino asitler, enzimler ve alkaloidler hakkında bilgi vermek; bunların biyosentetik yollarını, biyolojik aktivitelerini ve kimyasal özelliklerini açıklamak.
