Dersin Amacı Terpenoidler ve uçucu yağ içeren bitki ve ilaçlar, Farmakognozi III'ün konusudur. Bu ders bitkilerden elde edilen uçucu yağlar hakkında bilgi verir; kimyasal özelliklerini, biyolojik aktivitelerini ve kullanımlarını özetler.
