Sağlık mevzuatının önemi, Sağlık mevzuatında yaşanan sorun örnekleri, Hukukun ilkeleri ve hukuk-sağlık ilişkisi, Türk hukukunda sağlık meslek mensuplarının misyonu, Sağlık meslek mensuplarının hukuka ilişkin sorumlulukları, Hukukla ilgili güncel sorunların değerlendirilmesi konularını içermektedir. , Yeni sağlık uygulamaları, Etik ilkeleri, Etik ile ilgili örneklerin incelenmesi.
