Dersin Amacı Bu dersin amacı; öğrencilere bilgi teknolojileri alanındaki projelerin yönetimsel gereksinimlerinin analizi, süreç tasarımı ve idaresi ile risk yönetimi hakkında bilgi ve tecrübe kazandırmaktır.
