Ders kapsamında bilgi teknolojileri alanındaki projenin temel yönetim prensipleri, proje ön gereksinimleri ve analizi, proje süreçlerinin belirlenmesi, süreçlerin takibi ve risklerin planlarının yönetimi konuları işlenecektir.
