5 Manages normal childbirth independently and conducts breech births when a physician is not present, while adopting woman-friendly and mother-centered approaches
6 Establishes pregnancy diagnosis, performs routine follow-ups, evaluates maternal–fetal health, and provides counseling on family planning and reproductive health.
7 Recognizes deviations from normal during pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period at an early stage; applies evidence-based decision-making, critical thinking and problem-solving skills to initiate appropriate interventions and refers when necessary.
8 Performs newborn assessments and applies basic neonatal resuscitation when indicated.
9 Plans and conducts follow-ups for women aged 15–49 and children aged 0–6, administers vaccinations, and evaluates follow-up outcomes.
10 Implements the midwifery care process using a holistic and family-centered approach; provides education, counseling and care services aimed at improving community health.
